Shaldon is a picturesque Georgian
fishing village on the South Devon coast, with beaches on both the River
Teign and on the sea, the latter being reached through a "smugglers'
tunnel".
Quiet and unspoilt, Shaldon is in one of the most attractive and varied
areas of Britain, and it is only a short distance from livelier resorts.
Bramley Cottage, approximately 200 years old, is part of a charming white
terrace of fisherman's cottages. It is fully equipped and modernised. It
has three bedrooms, sleeping 5 in comfort, with a lounge, large kitchen,
and long garden.
The Holiday Week starts on Friday evening, avoiding the usual holiday traffic
and the cottage has its own, adjacent, off-street parking.
